Our commitment to transforming lives is unwavering at Heart Span Aid Outreach Foundation. But to ensure that our resources are effectively channeled to those most in need, we’ve established guidelines defining the eligibility and criteria for our varied assistance programs.
1. Medical Assistance:
- Eligibility: Individuals with life-threatening medical conditions, severe illnesses, or those requiring surgeries who cannot afford treatment.
- Criteria:
- Demonstrated financial need through relevant documents (medical bills, salary slips, etc.).
- Medical certificates or reports confirming the condition or treatment required.
2. Sustenance Aid:
- Eligibility: Families or individuals facing severe financial hardships, making it difficult to afford necessities like food and clothing.
- Criteria:
- Proof of current financial situation (unemployment status, recent financial setbacks).
- Number of dependents or family size to determine the extent of aid.
3. Shelter Support:
- Eligibility: Those who are homeless, displaced due to natural disasters, or facing immediate eviction.
- Criteria:
- Evidence of current housing status (eviction notice, documents of displacement).
- An assessment of immediate housing needs and duration.
4. Emotional & Psychological Support:
- Eligibility: Individuals facing trauma, severe stress, or those needing counselling and emotional support.
- Criteria:
- Recommendations or references from community leaders, teachers, or professionals.
- A brief personal statement describing the challenges faced.
General Guidelines:
- Application Review: All applications will undergo a thorough review process. While we strive to assist everyone, our resources are finite, and priority will be given based on urgency and need.
- Documentation: Please ensure that all provided documentation is accurate and up-to-date. False information could lead to disqualification.
- Response Time: We understand the urgency of many requests, and our team endeavors to respond to all applications within 4-6 weeks. However, during peak periods, this might be extended.
- Privacy: Rest assured, all personal information and documentation provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the application review.
